Aircon hardly works and room is still hot. No wifi. Bed bugs in the bed. And no one in the area to complain to. The room looks nice and the area around is nice.

Wonderful staff! We were greeted warmly and explained all the details to our room and facilities. AC takes a bit to cool down, but had a great night's sleep. So glad we remained here for our evening meal. We were treated to a delightful setting with locals. Try the penne arrabbiata! Molto bene!

Worth a visit away from the beaten track
Awesome people and service. A local hotel with local Italian food (sooo good)!! Worth a visit if you want to get away from the beaten track and experience the local Italian atmosphere.

Best place, awesome people
Paola and her husband were so nice to us, they helped us with our trip and the service was amazing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable There is a restaurant in the place in case you want to also have dinner, great food. Really nice location to get everywhere around but car is a must

A due minuti dal casello autostradale di Sirmione a minuti dal lago in un borghetto tranquillo.. struttura accogliente camere pulitissime molto spaziose e anche con personalità, personale accogliente e gentile, ottimo posto in cui fare base se si vuole girare il sud del lago di garda.. purtroppo non abbiamo provato il ristorante che sembrava molto promettente..

Excellent stay with a home-vibe
Excellent and spacious room that is great for short stays. The room was clean and with all amenties that you need. All you need water, free to take. Free parking. Service is great and you feel very welcome there with a home feeling. They even put out some breakfast snacks for self-service. Next to the building, there is a really good restaurant that is open until late that I definently recommend to try out! Would definently recommend this room to anyone passing through this area.

Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti alla trattoria Al Borgo dal 1 al 3 gennaio 2023 (ad un prezzo elevato perché è alta stagione e inoltre la prenotazione non è rimborsabile). La sera prima, scopriamo di essere positivi al Covid-19, non sentendoci bene e naturalmente non volendo mettere a rischio nessun altro, chiamiamo di prima mattina la trattoria Al Borgo e ricevo un trattamento molto scortese dicendo che sono chiusi, che non gli interessa e che non possono fare nulla perché sono chiusi fino al 3 gennaio. Ho chiamato il 3 solo per cercare di chiedere se potevamo cambiare per un'altra data, quando è più conveniente per loro, ovviamente non chiediamo un rimborso, perché abbiamo accettato le condizioni come erano quando abbiamo pagato, ma semplicemente non hanno ascoltato, il trattamento è stato molto scortese. Anche attraverso la piattaforma hotels.it dove abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione, si sono offerti di cercare una soluzione, chiamando la trattoria Al Borgo e provando a chiedere una riduzione per una nuova prenotazione e non hanno accettato l'offerta. Il punto che vogliamo sottolineare e lasciare chiaro è che siamo esseri umani, ci saranno sempre situazioni inaspettate e quando si lavora con i clienti, la gentilezza, il rispetto e la cura o il tentativo di trovare una soluzione per i propri ospiti dovrebbero essere una priorità.
