The hotel is located near a very busy road, and there is even a train track near by, so if you are sensitive to noise this is not your hotel. The door to the room is also not sound proved at all. However the price point is quite decent for what you get. The pool is very clean and although small it does the trick, we quite enjoyed it as a nice cooldown after a day at Gardaland/biking/shopping. The breakfast is really good with all the essentials, apart maybe from the fruit salad that is too much from a can. But now I'm nit-picking. The personnel is maybe not the most proficient in English but especially the owner (?) makes up for it in his service levels. Point in example: My son drops his knife at breakfast and without seeing it the man knows what was dropped (from the sound, I guess) and then quickly replaces it. Having worked in the service industry myself I can tell you this man observes and acts accordingly with SERVICE on top of his mind at all times. Having said that, unless you have specific questions and in need of special help their English is quite sufficient. The room we had for 4 persons is quite small, but if you don't go there for staying at the room it's sufficient. The city center is a 10 min walk, which is quite fine if you don't mind walking uphill back from the harbour area. Also worth saying this is our fav town around the Garda lake.
