Decent place to stay

They charge you extra unnecessarily for kids. Office manager and staff were very unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

We had booked in another property at Havelock Island and were extremely dissapointed. We managed to get a chalet at Sea Shell Havelock last room available. As soon as we arrived at the property extremely welcoming staff especially front office manager Ms. Khushboo. She ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Property is well maintained and clean. Would like to specially thank Ms. Khushboo for accomodating a late check out request. We tasted wonderful food at both restaurants Bonova and White Lotus. The staff are extremely kind and pleasant. Also would like to thank Mr. Anuj for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire staff at Sea Shell Havelock. You are all doing a great job.

We loved the location and the unique nature of the property. It felt like we were in the middle of a jungle and back to nature with only noise being birds chirping. The beach was one of the cleanest and best we have seen. Staff were very courteous and helpful and able to deal with any enquiry. Breakfast was excellent but generally bar and food prices were high. The only thing we didn’t like was the lighting around the property and the uneven path. Our cottage was a bit of a distance from the restaurant and finding our way back in the dark was dangerous and a real nightmare as we are elderly and not too steady on our feet!
