Away from the bustling streets and amazing service from staff! Will be back if I’m back in Sapa. Convenient location and good food provided as well.

Comfortable. The bedsheets & towels were high grade. Room temperature was just right. There was a wide selection of food for the breakfast buffet. On our last day, they gave a complimentary boiled eggs snacks for our 6 hour trip back to Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was realky excellent we had a suit room that was amazing.The staff was perfect and kind and tge restaurant downstair was delicious. I do reccomend the hotel!!

Good hosts and good family. They are very hospitable and very nice. It doesn’t matter if you are a solo traveler or with others, you will be cared for the same as if you were one of their family. It’s so peaceful, this is the best part of Vietnam, in my opinion.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, accessible to every thing, surely will stay here next time.
