The accommodations were very good. Older facility with it's concomitant issues, but quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable, amenities were wonderful. Maid was responsive. ALL service staff, front desk, kitchen people, etc. were incredibly helpful, polite, pleasant, efficient people. I felt treated like a queen. Almost all of them went well above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Very close to airport. Shuttle ACTUALLY DOES run 24/7 and comes quickly. Highly recommend this.

Freezing!
The heat in my room did not work. I arrived at 3 am, exhausted. Did all that was needed to turn up the heat, and by actual measurement when I awoke the room was at 61 degrees. The clerk told me she would notify whoever, and didn't even offer a word of sympathy.

I wasn’t expecting the setup, with different buildings set up like a neighborhood, but it was great. Noon checkout was a definite bonus. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were pretty beat up. Table was literally on its last leg…about to break. Bathroom light didn’t work. But these were minor things. Room was clean, a good price, and good location. It was exactly what we needed for an overnight and we will most likely stay there again if in the area. It’s an airport overnighter hotel, so it’s not like a 5 star…but it is good. The grounds are trashed with litter, but it’s not just the hotel, it’s everywhere. Cities are just like that, especially cities like Detroit. It’s not their fault…but still.

Cheap for a reason
On the far north end of Romulus airports, breakfast wasn’t too impressive and there were bed bugs. Bathroom was clean though. Shuttle only comes if you call for pickup from the airport. Room service thought I left and came knocking on the door when they thought I checked out. 3/10 overall
