You get what you pay for..
Checked in pm..Stale auroma lobby to elevator to entering room..carpet in very dingy n stains..chair at desk stains...ceiling shows where water leaks on ceiling tiles...bathroom floor tiles cracked and possible mold dingy shower curtain...only 1 garbadge can too use...no ice bucket...no bed spread covering beds....bed comfortable was the best...being 1 night...should be more updated and cared better....SHAME ON INVESTORS ....

Not a nice place to stay!
Please DO Not stay here. This place is a dump. The rooms are very out dated and not clean. The beds had worn sheets and old carpet. The A/C did not work well.

Horrible service and integrity
I was not able to,stay because they require physical card. Upon arrival they denied me and then seeking reimbursement for the nights I stayed, they lied and said I had stayed one night. That is unethical. Don’t stay there.

Well, when I first got here, they gave me two rooms. One of them was stinking and dirty. The other one was just dirty so I had to clean both rooms. Then my hot water wasn’t working. They just fixed it today. The TV only get three channels.

We only needed a night's stay late at night to catch a flightin the am . The iron and blow dryer in room had cut wires and .. Ripped off the wall. The rug was filthy and dirty. Wall above the head of bed was dirty with snot on wall. I HAD to wipe it off with cleaning wipes that I traveled with. The toilet was clean but the floor around it was not. There was a old smoke smell. The staff was very nice and for a place

Rooms had mold coming threw the killz they already had on the ceiling. Whoever cleans the rooms.. 3 out of 10 stars. Stuff left on counter. Air spray top on window seal. Hair in shower drain. For the the price it is so/so.. would i recommend? Nope !

Easy check-in amazing staff. I was not disturbed at all. As a third ship worker, the only thing that would make it better is, if it wasn't stale cereal in waffles every morning for breakfast.

Really.bad stay
We needed ro use the restroom upon arrival but lobby restroom was locked. They gave my husband the key to our room while I paid. My husband came down & said I shoukd look at tye room before we moved in, but regardless of how I felt about the room, the sign st the reception saud thatif yiu use the restroom or sat on the bed, you would be charged for one night so they got us up.front. The room was musty. The ceiling had water damage. The phone did not work. There were no kleenexes in the box under the sink. Someonevwas banging on the wall in the next room until.9pm. The breakfast was woeful. If you couldn't eat anything sugary, you were out of luck. I will never stay there again.

This place was absolutely filthy. Poop on the walls. Hair all over the floor in the rooms. Used hair ties all over. Dirt and grime caked into the grout and on the tiles. It looked like someone had vomited or spilled something on the alarm clock and it was just left. It was more of a rent by the hour motel at hotel pricing. They have a sign that says you ha e 10 mins for refund. We asked for a refund and they would only allow us to switch rooms. It was so frustrating and i do t know how they are even meeting health codes to stay open!
