Old, run down. Faucet and shower head both had trouble producing enough water. Bed was hard. Pool area was ancient. Breakfast area was too small, and other than oranges and apples had no gluten free options. On the positive side, the room had the quietest heater I’ve never heard.

Clean (small) room. Front desk was a bit slow and acted as though they didn't really want to work. Breakfast had reasonable selection. Inexpensive and the value for the money was great. Would stay again.

The first night we were kept up by horribly yapping neighbors and their obnoxiously barking dog. However, the establishment is not responsible for the behavior of their guests, but how they respond. We were given a nice room further down the hall. And there is it; they handled this fantastic. The ladies from the front desk, amongst whom Thelia of Thalia, were all very friendly and accommodating.

Place in need of repairs in rooms, walls paper thin, other guests noisy, limited breakfast seating and options, checkin very slow...we had already paid but they couldnt get computer to work at one station and waited on other guests ahead of us. This was a poorly ran establishment in poor condition.

I met a very great receptionist when I checked in , very professional. But my expectations were not met . The hall way carpet stinks as well as room carpets. More so, the ceilings of the room needs to be changed. There are visible black spots around most of the fixtures. The people are great overall but the facility needs real face lifting!

The staff met our every request with a smile, I'm not sure what the managers name was.. but she was beyond helpful & handled a few rough situations with grace. Thank you for being so accommodating during our stay!

We had the most lovely lady to welcome us for our stay at the front desk. The hotel is going through renovations, and you can see its age in the older sections. We had a renovated room, which was nice. Breakfast had lots of options, and we enjoyed our swim!

The room smelled moldy. The tv didnt work well. Staff were nice and helped get a shorted tv cable fixed. Shower head was not working,toilet seat wouldnt work properly. Banging on walls from construction was loud.
