Awesome update to an older hotel. The staff was so helpful. From an early check in, to printing off paperwork my husband needed, to breakfast (they had so many bagel topping options!) it was wonderful.

This hotel took over the old comfort inn by the clock tower and opened up under the name spark by hilton. That impressed me as i firmly believe in reduce reuse recyle The check in was easy and staff was very friendly. The room was clean with a comfy king bed. Breakfast iscereal, bagels and drink which is fine by me. The pool was under maintenance but we wanted to walk around the cute and hopping busy downtown of plymouth just a 9 minute drive away .we love the town center park and unique shops. If they need to improve anything i would suggest looking at the handel & flusher on the toilet as it needs an adjustment and inerior of mircowave is chipped.but I would recommend this place .

Not good. 1st room they gave me wreaked of cigarettes. 2nd was really dirty. The whole place felt dirty. Pool was closed with some chemical issue. Also, it was listed as 11 miles from the airport and was in fact, over 17 miles. Finally, customer service from hotels.com was below average.

I have been a long-time Hilton customer. This was a nicely renovated property, clean and inviting. I was surprised that the rooms did not have a coffee maker, any type of glasses or ice bucket. Weird. I had to go ask for them. They could not accomodate the coffee maker, although they had 24/7 pots in the lobby. Not too fresh at 6pm. And they could only give me a paper cup. Yuck.
