THIS WAS THE DIRTIEST AND MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN! EVERYTHING METAL WAS EXTRA RUSTY AND THE TOWELS HAD BLACK AND BROWN STAINS ON THEM. THERE WAS ALSO ROACHES CRAWLING IN AND ON THE SINK. THE HOTTUB WAS TOO SMALL AND WE HAD TO CLEAN IT OURSELVES BEFORE WE COULD EVEN USE IT. THE POOL WALLS AND DRAINS WERE GROSS WITH THICK SCUM AND MORE FILTHY THAN AN OUTSIDE PUBLIC POOL! THE WORST PART IS THAT I DIDN’T HAVE THE OPTION FOR A REFUND EVEN THO I PAID FOR 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE! I AM SO MAD AND DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAD TO WASTE MY MONEY, NEVER AGAIN!

The building is falling apart. The ceiling in the room i was assigned was crumbling. The front desk help was M.I.A. for 20 mins while myself and another guest waited in the lobby. Also, an entire hockey team checked in and checked out within 20 mins due to roaches in their rooms. I ask for a refund after seeing roaches in my own room.

The images do not match the property. It is not updated or well maintained. Floor was cracked up. Covers were stained, burn marks all over hot tub. Middle of bed sank in. I will not book again. In a good surrounding area though.

While it is a good location, carpets need shampooing. An exterminator should be contacted to get rid of bugs crawling the walls. The sliding door handle was broken.

i had a seizure and taken by ambulance to royal oak beaumont i never stayed there and they said id be refunded my health obviously took away the 4 days but in no way should i be charged thats i can provide proof of everything and the hotel knows i wasnt there? its fraud and i almost died please with a heart refund me 5866100701 my mother number ive been in the hospital

There were numerous bugs in our bathroom. Other guests complained about the same rhing. The toilet was not secured. Less than half the light's within the room worked. There were no drawers in the dressers, just an empry space were the drawers should have been at. The bed sheets on of the beds were dirty or hadnt been changed. The entire hotel smelled like weed throughtout the lobby and all hallways.

The room pics, and the actual room were vastly different. Tub had visible grit in it. cracked/ missing parts of tiles. Walls had streaks. The room smell was awful. Clerk was burping when talking to us. Do Not Stay Here!
