DO NOT STAY HERE

Front desk attendant was sleeping in the office every time someone tried to go get assistance. Entire building stunk, saw someone shoot up in the parking lot, our room smelled like cat piss and the sheets were stained, and the cord for the TV looked like it was chewed through by a rat. Building should be closed immediately.

The ceilings are falling in every room the carpet is dirty from the front door down to every room the walls are dirty doors need more reinforcement this was my last option at time of check so I just tried to deal with it but I had to clean the room myself because after seeing the first room I got another and that was no better front desk staff was okay but the housekeeping staff needs to be revamped because they’re not down anything and also they don’t have towels so you only option for towels is pool towels

The property was atrocious and my wife and I had to scrub our room before we could even lay stuff in the room. The bathroom was just horrible the bathtub was constantly being clogged up and the curtains had blood on them. The night audit had asked us to stop cleaning so we could have an upgrade but explained that all of their rooms were in that kind of condition. I have pictures in my wife’s phone and will upload them if needed.

Smells of marijuana, carpet is grimy, dressers missing drawers, toilet backed up, cockroach in bathroom, dry blood stains on both beds sheets, mold on ceiling, in severe need of new paint job, trash piled in hallways, it was disgusting. I cannot believe it’s even listed on Expedia. We left after checking our 3 different rooms. They did process a refund.
