My wife and I work for a major airline and so we travel close to 60 times per year. This hotel is in my top 5 out of the 50 or more I have stayed in. It only had one restaurant but it was darn near perfect. Nice size, plenty of tvs and great food, breakfast and dinner. The prices were unbelievable great, especially during happy hours. You have to be careful when reading reviews. No hotel is perfect and staffs have good days and bad days, just like guest. Dont sleep on this hotel. But please sleep there. Lol

We had to ask multiple times for sheets for the pull out bed, there were stains on the benches, no towels in the pool. Only 2 towels for 4 people as well as they only provided 1 pillow for the pull out bed when they knew we had 2 kids. Hot tub jets were out of order, Elevator was out of order. Not what you would expect for a higher end hotel!

Overall a nice hotel. Well kept, spacious rooms. The staff could care less about customers and issues. The elevator was not working and they just kind of shrugged thier shoulders about it. We also had an awful sewage smell coming from our bathroom one of days and when I kindly reported it, they had zero reaction and again, just shrugged their shoulders. Felt odd.

No security on the property and young people banged on our door for a couple of times. I chased the youths and went to the desk. A relative got mad at me and it was almost a fight. There was no security and I thought with the ignorant behavior of obviously bored youths, I felt that I wanted to leave immediately. If I could of I would of left but moved our room and left the next day.

I am a frequent guest so there's a lot I enjoy about the stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This time I did not get a chance to get to the pool. But on my last several stays the jacuzzi was out of order. If it's operational my next stay I can increase my stars to excellent.
