Nice lobby, good dining options on property, clean rooms. Everything in between is old, dated, needing repair, and a tad dirty. Other negatives needing to be addressed: very poor water pressure in shower, and water in pool/hot tub appeared to be quite dirty (discolored and murky)

Ok but not as nice as described

Check-in was fast and friendly. Dinner at Zalman‘s was very good. The look of the hotel itself is very cool and modern, but the condition was disappointing. My room had dirty towels on the floor from the previous guest when I arrived. There was a giant water stain that had been painted over on the ceiling. And overall, it just needed updating. The pool area as well Was pretty rundown. In spite of this, it was still a decent place and it was quiet at night, which was nice. I just thought it would be a little bit more luxurious based on the photos and its reputation.

Agreeable staff. AC broke, prompt repair yet still did not function property. Flickering lamp not repaired despite two requests. Pool area not air conditioned, was unusable due to heat (this was during heat wave). Despite all this, staff was cheerful and polite. Our stay was overall pleasant.

The room was perfect. We stayed in a suite and it let our needs perfectly. The restaurant associated with the hotel was priced according to what hotel restaurants typically charged but the quality was not great. We tried both breakfast and lunch there and were not impressed. The staff was amazing and very accommodating at the hotel. Will stay again, but provided feedback that the food quality needed some improvement.
