The staff was nice but the hotel was old and not very clean. The aroma was a strong chlorine smell from the pool as soon as you walk in. The room was not very clean. We found food crumbs on the floor by both brds, the tub plug did not work properly. And our room was not cleaned the next day. Since we experienced such issues, I decided not to alow my kid to swim in the pool. After the first night, We did switch rooms however, but we still had to ask for towels and our beds were not made up on the 3rd day. I do. Not recommend this location.

my expectations were met. the reasons for staying at embassy, instead of somewhere else were exactly how i needed it. the electric needs a serious up grade, the plugs by the bed did not work, I had to get creative to be able to use my CPAP, the ones near the desk did not work either. there were only 2 USB outlets and not in a convenient spot.

Terrible experience, We arrive late in the evening and we got the keys and then when we went to the room , it looked clean however after the kids showered and went to bed we realized the bed was not clean and there was a dirty Q tip in it from the previous booking , we told them and they came and changed the bedding however did not even care to have the manage call and apologize for this incident . The safe did not work , we asked them to fix it and they sent a coupe of peopel but never was fixed , the hotel in genral is dirty and I will never go there again

There were roachs!!!! The elevators weren’t working properly. The staircase smelled like urine. The toilets didn’t flush properly. I absolutely love the Embassy Suites. This one was the worst ever and shouldn’t even carry the Hilton name. The sheets had stains on them. It was the worse. I will NEVER stay there again!!!

It took an hour to check in. None of the elevators worked , and I have bad knees. The kids kept knocking on our door all night. The front desk gave me a hassle about more toilet paper. The hallway smelled like marijuana. It was an aweful stay. I expected at least to relax for 200.
