I’m going to be honest this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked this room as part of a birthday gift for my dad. We got in at about 1:30 am after a concert and had to wait easily over an hour to get our room. When we walked into the hotel people were screaming and the cops were getting called. After that altercation the front desk lady who might I add was completely unprofessional told us that there was a “ computer wide system outage” which was clearly not the issue after calling a few other Hilton hotels in the area that were not having the same issue. We waited with about around 30 people for about an hour just to get checked in. When we finally were able to get checked into our room the bedding was still wet, there was so shower curtain and on top of that my father found a mysterious pill!!! On the floor. Upon checkout we asked to speak to a manager to refunded and they said they would not be issuing any refunds under any circumstance.

The pool area was in bad condition. There was foam and scum in the hot tub that you could see the dirt there were children playing. There was no water fall on. It was very dirty. The door was open. The outside area was a mess. It was not a luxury stay by any means and the pool was cold. We didn’t check in until after 2 o’clock in the morning we asked for a 1 o’clock check out and they wanted to charge us an extra $20 and pushed us out of there which I would assume coming in late that getting a 1 o’clock check out would not be a big deal, especially when the hotel was in horrible condition and practically empty.

Elevators weren't working properly. One was shut down completely. The place is starting to look run-down in the rooms and in the lobby. I remember when hotel was new....great place then. This hotel needs a complete refurbishment.

The elevators were broke, the air conditioning was broken, the staff was rude and under staffed, there was no breakfast, VERY noisy. Would NEVER stay there again

Room was very dirty , There were white stains on the couch. Duck tape holding the carpet down by the bathroom. The carpet had stains through out the living room area. Friday morning we went to eat breakfast at 8:20am most of the food items were almost empty. The soda machine was not working all weekend. THe cook to order station was very good but the rest of the food was not very good.Eggs were very runny and the potatoes were dry and over cooked. the sausage were very over cooked and hard. I usually stay at a Embassy Suites because of the breakfast but this was the worst one by far.

We had booked two rooms for our stay. First room had no linens on the bed, no sheets or pillowcases. Bed had comforter on, and pillows stacked as it were made. Called front desk and was told to come down and get the sheets that I needed, apparently, she was the only one there and could not leave the desk. When I went down to the front desk my son was there because he couldn't get into his room. He had made 3 different attempts to use different keys provided by the front desk. Eventually after an hour they were able to get us into different rooms. Very disappointed in the quality of services and cleanliness of this hotel. Elevators not working and climbing up 5 and 4 flights each time to deal with the front desk is unacceptable.

Terrible some poop in Hot Tub they didn’t clean it out they just had everybody get out ! Within 30 minutes people were back in. I took kids to have a good night swimming and instead they were in a pool with human poop in the Hot tub!

Absolutely awful pool and jacuzzi. You can smell the chlorine way out in the lobby. Then when they finally tuned on the waterfall, it made my kids sick. They immediately started coughing and one of them needed a breathing treatment . The ceiling in there is moldy and it’s dripping leaking into the pool!!!!!! The elevator shakes and wobbles and is the slowest I’ve ever been in. There’s no room service to bring you anything, you have to wait forever for an elevator to go down and get things yourself. And our bathroom door wouldn’t even close!

Where do I start? Room was not ready at 7pm for checkin, never cleaned. We waited 2 hours in the lobby to checkin. Room keys did not work most of the time and we had to go back and forth from the front desk 7 times in 2 days to reset our keys because we could not get in our room. Fire alarm evacuation at 1am, everyone out to parking lot because a kid pulled he alarm likely. Pool was over chlorinated, no towels. Breakfast closes early. Elevators are half not working, the ones working are slow. No staff offered anything to make it better. Rooms were worn, duct tape on carpet, dirty walls and ceiling.

There were many teenagers and young children unsupervised by adults were playing, running, and being very loud hollering throughout interior hallwys outside of the rooms, pool and jacuzzi area was a zoo. Breakfast cleanup should NOT commence sooner than 9:00am. Consideration should be given to perhaps extending breakfast hours to 915 to compensate for failing elevators inconveniencing hotel guests. While I was putting food on my plate I approached twice by two breakfast hosts reminding me that the buffet was about to close. I thought that was very rude not to mention they were closing the sliding partitions to the buffet before 9 while I was still inside. Unacceptable. Then at 10:30 while I was packing my things inside of my room with the "do not disturb" on my room door, housekeeping starts banging on my door. From inside I said yes? They replied "Sir checkout is at 1100, are you staying another day? " Really? Under no circumstances should they be approaching and bothering hotel guests at their room prior to the allowed checkout time. Again, Fail. Lastly one of the ladies at the front desk was very unfriendly and borderline rude the day I checked. Remedial training should be assigned to this employee. All front desk staff was very pleasant with the exception of that one employee that was very unfriendly.

The room was nice and clean, even though we did find someone’s shoes under the bed so that was a little concern about how often the floor was vacuumed. The breakfast with the omelette station was Amazing! Guest service was fantastic!
