Hotel is average. Their onsite restaurant was not available, we had to go to the hotel next door for their restaurant. All you hear is planes all night, which is what you get for wanting to stay so close to the airport. Unsure if they had breakfast as we had to leave at 2am so I am unable to comment on that. If I was staying in Detroit ever again to catch a flight, think I'll spend the extra money and stay at the hotel next door, that had way more to offer than this hotel

The property was fine but they didn't have any soap for the rooms as they didn't get their shipment in and after we left my credit card was charged and extra $66.64 and have no idea why - tried calling but don't have the actual hotel's phone number only a booking agent and that wait was at least 45 minutes so i hung up

While Checking in the employee was on the phone. ( professional call ) but, when she got off the phone she proceeded to clean her desk area before checking me in. Once her desk area was clean then she acknowledged she was ready. Also did not have any soap in my room. Did not noticed until I was in the shower.

Great Value! Don’t tell anyone…. Shhhh!
Re routed to Detroit due to Florida Hurricane. Last minute booking, close to airport and very reasonably priced. Planned one one night stay, turned into three and the property was great. It exceeded our expectations for sure. Learned more expensive not necessary! We are very comfortable and finally going home tomorrow. Thanks Radisson!!!!

Took us 45 minutes to check in. Very rude front desk staff. Ask for handicap accessible room with king bed. They told me that was what we go to room it has 1 double bed. Ask a front desk on checkout for a refund. I was told that was not going to happen. Very rude to me. Just a disaster.

Pretty dumpy place. Lobby was nice and the restaurant looked nice, too (but it was closed--and there was no breakfast option at all that I could see). Fitness center looked okay but did not use. But man, the rooms... I guess everything was clean, but, so dimly lit, everything very old and furniture beat up. Tiniest TV I've ever seen mounted to a wall... the hotel was completely out of bars of soap and body wash. Slow toilet, slow drain in the shower (within 30 seconds the water was up to my ankles). The weirdest thing was all the room doors have a nearly half-inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor -- could hear every word anyone said outside like they were in my room so had to shove a towel in. I was only here for two nights and was essentially only there to unwind/sleep at the end of the night and the price was low.. but wow, what a bummer place to crash each night.

Good for just one night for air travel stop.
We stayed for one night. Shuttle service was good and the checkin/out was smooth and quick. The phone didn’t work in our room and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Was clean, but showing signs of hard use.

I like the property and would stay again here. But your reservation confirmation did not provide a phone to call for pick up. . . I searched and try to call but got a voice mail. . . I had to go around finding an agent to help me. . . So mainly it was that I didn’t like not the hotel. . .

The hotel was ok. We didn’t have our room cleaned once in the 5 days we were there. My biggest problem is with Expedia. When I got to the hotel they had no reservations under my name. I even had the reservation details in an email and the hotel still showed nothing. Luckily they had a room available.

I check in on the 27th night and check out on the 28th morning at 6 am. I booked the room just too fresh up but there is no water in the shower in my room. Gave a compliment and waited for 30 minutes and it was already late went to sleep and vacated in the morning.
