I had a super huge bad experience prior to my stay at the Hotel. The Female African -American Customer Service representative made it difficult for me to change my reservations to the next day from the 3rd party and when I met her face to face she still had a bad attitude. I made it my business to leave one day early and check out. No compassion and no customer Service Etiquette. I’m still waiting on my credit and feel like I should get all my money for the one night stay.

Very nice hotel.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem was the noise at night time. Kids were running up and down the hallway and people above us were jumping on the floor.
