Filthy dirty and rundown.
This hotel looks like it is 10 yrs old or more. The entire lobby area was a disappointment as was the patio that was pictured on the website to be large & inclusive of a fire pit, outdoor tables & chairs & a gazebo.
The first room they gave us was on the first floor, we had requested to be on an upper floor - it was not busy at all so we weren’t sure why they put us there, we rea;;y could’ve had the pick of the hotel. We asked to be moved. The second room was disgustingly dirty. The comforter on the bed had blood stains all over it. The bathroom was not fully stocked w/the toiletries; the lotion bottles were already used, the toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The light bulb in the floor lamp was burnt out, the room had not been dusted & the air filters for the heater unit were sitting on the counter. We went down to the front desk to ask for our bed linens to be entirely changed, the phone in the room was dirty as well. When someone finally came up w/new linens, the worker handed them to us and said, here you go. We had to change the bed ourselves, there were ZERO cleaning people. Seems they never have cleaning people! The worst run hotel, the woman who checked us in was alone because other employees had called out. She had to hurry to check us in because she needed to leave at the end of her shift. Terrible hotel!
