I paid through Hotels.com, and when i went to the hotel they told me i owe them $150 in cash as a deposit if i stayed there. I went on the app and Hotels said nothing about it until i scrolled all the way down to the bottom of my confirmation email where it said i might have to pay. I tried to get a refund for my purchase as i then had to find a new hotel, yet they wouldnt let me since i didnt have a “trip advisor” that planned everything for me.

Second time I have stayed here. It was a little noisy the first time, but nothing too crazy for a cheaper hotel. This last time it was nuts. Two people screaming at each other from about 2am-3.30am. The night clerk did what she could. First time, she asked them to be quiet, second time she told them they had to leave, and third time she had called the police. The clerks are very nice and competent, good price on parking if flying. The hotel is clean, fixtures are a little dated.

Didn’t understand why your deposit had to be $100 cash instead of putting it on your card. Also the bathroom sink stopper did not work leaving water stopped up in the sink. Lastly the front room door had damage and you had to lift up on the door to close once you’re inside. Being I was just there 2 days I put up with it but I wouldn’t go back

Property is being allowed to fall into disrepair. Should probably not be taking bookings for this hotel. The room we were put into had a bedframe too wide for the mattress, leaving sharp metal pieces sticking out at all 4 corners of the bed, but hidden by the bedspread. My husband walked into one of them and gashed his shin. I went to complain, with photos of the frame, and the injury. We were moved to a room across the hall, but not even an apology for the injury. I guess it was good we had our own first aid kit. A refund would be nice, and minimal for the injury.

The first room we were out in had a bed frame too big for the mattress, leaving sharp metal frame edges sticking out about 2 inches on each side. It took about five minutes for my husband to walk into one and gash open his leg. I went and asked for a different room, showing a photo of the bed issue, and his leg. We were given a different room, nothing more. Paint is pealing, bathroom fixtures are rusty, for prints on the wall. Looks like travelodge is just looking to shut this one down and move to their new building across the parking lot. Clearly no maintenance, or cleaning going on.

The pillows smelled bad, the furniture was old and damaged, and the floor smelled like smoke. The only good qualities were the friendliness of the staff and the area seemed safe.
