Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice room. Good selection of TV channels. Plenty of USB charging ports. Bed was average. Water pressure was low. Had to hold the toilet handle longer so it would flush. Shower took forever to wash soap off. I love the window shades. I wish I knew the brand so I could purchase similar.

Family Visit
Very convenient location for visiting family. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Love the fact that there was no carpeting in the room or drapes to harbor smells and uncleanliness. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the property was running on generator due to a transformer issue. We could not use the elevator at all. Patrons had to walk up flights of steps to get to rooms. Had to be let into rooms by staff due to no key cards because of power issues. Lights were not fully working in rooms. No offer if a discount or refund was given when asked.

Front desk Clerk has not friendly especially when Checking out. Posted in the bathroom it said “Please leave your used towels on the floor, house keep would be in to replace them and they will make your bed everyday of your stay. We return to the room that evening to find neither of these things had been done. The continental breakfast had few choices and had narrow pickings of item and also no staff person on duty to assist in restocking the food.
