Older hotel still undergoing renovations. Lovely staff, family oriented hotel, great facilities and good location. Room cleaning was a bit random (very good one day, the bare minimum the next with just some new towels thrown in the bathroom) Food options in the hotel were quite pricey.

Awesome Resort
Amazing resort and excellent service. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was a weird sound from what we think were the pipes in the walls on a couple of our nights.

Enjoyed our stay busy hotel with a lot of amenities. Kids loved the kids club and allowed for adult relax time. Snorkeling off the beach was great and so easy to see the sea delights. Sunsets were magical from here. The family pool appeared green and not very appealing to swim in. Enjoyed our time here.

May be we just got unlucky. I was choosing hotel based on reviews and they all were above average but we had a different experience. Negatives: 1. Unfortunately during our stay water in the pool was brownish green colour. We’ve been told something is being repaired. We swam in the sea. 2. I tried to spend as little time inside the room as possible because it had the storng mold smell. 3. Also we learnt about the queen single bed so for two adult above 1,7 meter height it is a bit small. 4. Fruits for breakfast weren’t fresh, no vegetables 5. Every meal was a struggle (either waiting for more than and hour for the order or something wrong was prepared) Not much can be done as you are stuck with hotel restaurants. Positives: Nature outside is beautiful, outdoor kayaking and paddle boarding is great. Sunsets are mesmerising. Kids club is well equiped. Gym is functioning and clean.

We loved the staff and service provided the only downfall is the food options. We would prefer more Fijian styled food instead of Mexican night etc. Taxi’s are very expensive to get to town, it feels like the resort wants to keep you inside the resort and just spend money there. Food was abit expensive there would love to go places without paying an arm and leg such as different beaches and the bbq foods around the area. Tourist activities were also very expensive.

Only one of our two-van pick up for 15 people from airport arranged through the Warwick at around 10pm turned up. We had to rely on the kindness of other taxi drivers to arrange another van. We had young children with us and there were not many people around the airport. 30 mins later another private van arrived and we commenced our 2 hour journey to the Warwick. We complained and was offered two cocktails as compensation!! I persevered each day contacting the manager and on the last day each of our 6 rooms received a $100 credit. The main attraction, the pool, was green on arrival and not available for about 4 days. We were offered $20 drinks vouchers x2 to compensate. Service was bad and each day the staff would take our towels and facecloths and not replace them so had to follow up housekeeping each day. Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner and bar snacks very poor, overpriced and nowhere near the standard it should be. Buffet breakfast average. Facilities good for families. Rooms dated but adequate. Shower ran hot and cold and not easily adjusted. One room smelled of sewerage on arrival and lasted a few days. No dining or shopping facilities within walking distance from the resort.

Friendly and helpful staff, very picturesque coastline, basic but nice buffet breakfast and kids breakfast, lunch, dinner. Great sports bar / lounge, cost effective beers. Basic but effective kids club and activities. Moisture affected rooms with subtle evidence of mould. Disappointed the large kids pool was closed for the duration of our 5 night stay - staff stated due to weather however the adult pool was not affected. Possible poor pool maintenance. Didn’t impact us much but I can see it would disappoint others. All in all ok value for money. With improvements to above mentioned we would go back. We also stayed at a pricier Fiji resort and pros and cons to both. Depends on your budget.
