Excellent Hotel
Our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly & professional. The hotel is clean, beautiful & modern, with great rooms & incredibly comfortable beds & pillows. Parking is available at the hotel for a fee. Overall, this hotel is a stunning hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, museums & supermarkets. We highly recommend it.

When we booked, I wasn't sure if the location would be that nice. It was our first trip to Ghent so we were pleasantly surprised. We found the staff helpful and friendly. As for the hotel, the parking was convenient, the room was perfect and it sits right in the heart of where you want to be. We will visit and stay again at the Marriott!

The location is amazing just I front of river which makes you enjoy the romantic atmosphere even it’s raining. A subset view is gorgeous.The receptionist is not too professional but the building design is amazing

We went for the room with the canal view and it was great. A lot going on in the canal and the surrounding area in the best part of town. Did not like misinformation from the front desk. The airport went on strike and we had to extend a day. They said it would be at the same price as the Expedia booked price. At checkout the story changed and no they could charge their regular price for the extra night which was a lot more.

A great hotel
Hotel is fantastic as is the town in general. Here for work but stayed on for my Birthday. Only down side was the restaurant over the canal that left me with food poisoning as a present but not the hotels fault to be clear.
