A good hotel in Vinh City. It has everything you need including a convenient restaurant and roof top bar. The staff tried hard to please but often food choices were not available. It would have been easier if I spoke better Vietnamese.

Coming back for Tet holiday and stayed here for two nights. The staff is okay until one of the doorman trying to sell us their taxi service. It’s too overpriced. Half of the equipments at the gym broke down. As for the breakfast buffet, they have many selections but it can’t be compared to the food at 3 star hotel we stayed in Ha Noi.

Very wonderful experience!
The staffs were very nice, helpful and professional. Hotel is great on everything. My husband had room service. He said the burger was tasty and delicious. My room has a beautiful view. I definitely will stay at this hotel again if I ever come here

Best you can find in Vinh
The best hotel you can find in center of Vinh. The room is spacious. The downside is they don't have air condition in the hallway and also they only give you one room key card so every time you go out and in again you have to restart the air inside which can take a while.

Staffs were ok. However there was no iron and of course, also no ironing board in room. 5 stars hotel? No date, our stays at 5 or minimum 4 Star's hotels, such thing does not happen.

Check in and check out was fast and smooth, with polite and helpful staff throughout the hotel. This is a Vietnamese Hotel, catering primarily to Vietnamese, so the English language is not as efficient as other hotels that see more westerners. But after all, this is Vinh, a City where very few westerners come other than for business. The restaurant on the first floor was beautiful with an excellent buffet breakfast. Again, catering more to the Asian taste or pallet. I personally loved the food.
