Wasn’t expecting a basement suite with only 1 window in the bedroom at ground level with no screen. Could use a bit more TLC.

Bed was very poor quality and sheets were not clean. Air Exchange and a/c not working in basement, and only 1 window no screen that couldn't be left opened because ground level. 1st and last time ! Couldn't get in touch with personnal for help. "Bad expérience"
