"BEACHWALK", ( a simple beach house), a 3-minute walk to the beach, HOT TUB, Large HOT ROCK SAUNA, ELECTRIC MASSAGE CHAIR, PINBALL Machine, Pac-Man Machine w/ 60 other games. Cruising USA road racing arcade game, PlayStation 4 and Fireplace; as well as electric heat. Belgium Waffle Machine, popcorn, and Sno-Cone Machine. 4 people maximum at all times, including guests and children, due to septic system capacity. No guests or parties. Age minimum of primary renter= 25. Pets allowed $60 fee, dog-friendly beach. Coffee maker; drip, Keurig, expresso, grinder & bring your own favorite coffee. There are no stairs in the house( a small number of stairs on the outside deck); which is good for wheelchair accessibility. Walk a 3-minute sandy path at the front of the house to the water or walk on a small road; which will take just a little longer. Fantastic views, closest to the beach of all Dillon Beach homes, Dog-friendly beach. Pets allowed (please pay the pet fee on the VRBO site); shedding dogs keep brushed, uncontrolled barking not allowed, if you go out & leave your dog alone & please don't leave your dog alone the first night, please clean up the back sandy area of dog pop. Sand dunes, tidal pools, dune grass, and magnificent unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean sunset. It is a fantastic surfing beach. Watch waves break onto the beach and listen to the surf while sitting in this beachfront house. Great place for children; to make sand castles, explore rock inlets and tidal pools at the north end of the beach, hunt for the unknown during the low tide exposed beach, or play for hours in the tall sand dunes. View Parasail surfers, boogie boarders, and longboard surfers, or do it all for yourself. It is the perfect beach with no underwater rocks. Star gazing couldn't be better. Bring your telescope! Let the waves lull you to sleep. Wheelchair cannot roll to outside main deck area due to 3 steps. Please bring your own firewood for the fireplace; there is also electric heat. Bar soap is not provided, but liquid soap is provided. This is a very simple beach house,(not a modern house; as renters expect) & due to its very close position to the Pacific Ocean,(which renters prefer), does take contestant upkeep; due to the exposure it gets.














Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

The house is very cute and cozy with beautiful beach views and fun amenities. Loved warming up by the fire or in the hot tub in the evenings while taking in everything Dillon Beach and the surrounding areas have to offer by day. Property looks just like the photos. Would stay again!

great little getaway
Great spot for a little ocean therapy. We enjoyed walking on the beach and reading with the view of the ocean. Hot tub and sauna were great and hubby loved the pinball machine. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had most everything we needed. We will be back!

The home is beautiful and clean. The house is comfortable couches are soft and welcomingI would live in this house. It had almost everything you would need. There is no washer and dryer so more towels or access to a dryer to dry them would be nice. Loved this place

Cliff #19 A poetic palace
We fully enjoyed Ben's #19 architects dynamo. Every space seems designed to maximize view of Dillon's beach. Even with the regular rain we experienced we had no problem staying warm with access to sauna and jacuzzi, in a fully enclosed back patio that still allows viewing but blocked wind. The listing is honest, you will find little needs for maintenance, but it doesn't affect the use ability, and the beach access is unbeatable. ❤️‍🔥

Couldn’t have asked for a better location — overlooking the beach and its gorgeous sunsets and a two-minute walk to the sand and surf. The house had everything for relaxing down time, with a hot tub and sauna for a bonus. This is our new favorite Dillon Beach rental.

Relaxing trip
Overall, my family had a great trip. We enjoyed being close to the beach and all the activities that were in the area. The house was clean and my two children loved all the arcade games in the house. I would recommend this to anyone else who wishes to travel to the Dillion beach area.

This is our second stay here, and while the location can’t be beat the house itself is majorly neglected. There is mold on many surfaces inside the home, you can smell and see it. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, and all pots and pans were dirty and needed to be rewashed. While we did enjoy our stay, it was mainly because we were at the beach with family , there were many thi no a missing / needed at this home and I was disappointed in the condition of the home. The hot tub STINKS and I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids in there, the water was cloudy and gross.

Could be a gem!
Kitchen cabinet doors and the drawer fronts were sticky and greasy! Everytime I had to get a fork or a plate I had to put gloves on to open the cabinet or wash my hands with hot soapy water. Very gross! A fabulous glass enclosed outside deck with a perfect view of the beach, ocean, sunset but unfortunately completely neglected! There was an inch of dirt and spiderwebs on the glass and plants growing up through the floorboards. This place could be so great if it was better maintained!

Fun spot, perfect location
We (wife, MIL, 3 wild kids under 8) had a great time at the house, which was perfectly suited for families. With the arcade games, hot tub and sauna, it was an ideal location for a family getaway. Would definitely return!

Beach House - Dillon's Beach
We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the decor and floorplan of the home as well as the private backyard. Games were lots of fun and enjoyed the massage chair. Definitely the closeness to the beach was a huge plus. Highly recommend this place and plan on returning some day.

This place is perfect. Its a tad short on amenities (no soap in bathroom, no wire whisk, no place to put a reading lamp on other side of bed in main bedroom, no reading lamp in spare room. Also, when the power went out and I called the owner he said: "Why are you calling me?:" It did go on again in about an hour but it would have been nice to get some support.

Property was just as advertised - beautiful setting, clean and right across from the beach. Hot tub was well maintained and the board games and electronic games were a nice plus. This portion of the beach is a bit more crowded as right by the parking lot but it's a large stretch, and be mindful of traffic when crossing the street to the beach if you have kids or pets. Only comment is that the Wifi is very slow and doesn't really support TV streaming - even though a destination like this should be focused on the outside, if that is important to you be aware (used our phone 5G hotspot for TV streaming).

Best spot at Dillon Beach
You cannot beat the views at this place. It is literally right across the street and you never have to. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna too. It is very comfortable and very family and pet friendly. This is my 3rd time staying here and I plan on returning as much as I can.

Perfect Location
Home is a bit run down- particularly the outdoor areas. Older fixtures, webs in the enclosed sky lights, fading/dirty paint, some broken window coverings, mossy deck, and a musty/mildewy sauna. However the location is perfect and the beds were very comfortable. My young family enjoyed the pinball machine and they didn’t care about the cold because there was a hot tub. The PS4 and DVD player were also great when the internet was down due to stormy weather.
