I love staying here, slight downside in that breakfast doesn’t start until 7 which isn’t ideal for me with my work. Slightly disappointing that there is no air conditioning but aside from that it’s a great hotel to stay at.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Very nice views of the water and easy walking distance to the historic center of Dundee. Restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner with reasonable prices. Had a spacious corner room with lovely water view.
