Absolutely not prefer to stay as a traveler.
I don't know why people raised up this hotel's reviews, but for me, this hotel is under 2*. Absolutely not service. You going to breakfast they stop you at the door and check your room on the list in front of you. I felt like I am in detention. I seep their coffee it was terrible, believe, dog not gonna drink that coffee. Breakfast is zero for that price. No one is in reception and all the time you have to wait for to someone come. Lifts are old and you can't move your luggage easily when you enter to lift and leave. You have to carry your luggage for movement!! I don't know why this hotel 4*. I think you guys are not aware about Name is not meaning quality!

Staff was graet. The condition of the room was acceptable but not even 4 out of 5. Nonsmoking room had distinct snelk of cigarettes. Shower head was dirty and was not working properly. TV was a simple joke.

I have problem not with the hotel because I didn't arrived to hotel at times to zaparozhia because they cancelled our flight from turkey to zaparozhia because the weather we still till now waiting in airport turkey till now we don't know when we'll fly from here and my reservation in intourist hotel finish I don't know if you can help me with this situation with the hotel to change the date of reservations thanks

Good location to stay in Zaporizhia
Perfect breakfast. Located besides main street so easy to access to local resturants. My freind living here told me that his colleauge from other countries stay here, which means that this hotel is one of representatives of the city.

Wonderful small hotel 10 min from Kiev boryspil airport. Good restaurant good prices. Turkish style wings are great. Only drawback is no elevator 4 floors total

The hotel is located is one of the best possible places. Rooms are clean and spacious(I have stayed at Junior Suite).Breakfast is not so rich and needs to be improved.The Lounge in the ground is convenient for any kind of meetings.
