We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation at Grand Hyatt Doha having been very well taken care of by the team. Special mention to the Club Lounge team (Thomas, Biknam, Rovina and Prakriti) who took extra special care of us and were amazing with our seven year old son. The housekeeping team including Mamun and Winswe were also absolutely fantastic in providing those added touches to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Every stay at this hotel should include breakfast at SMBC, such a range of choice served by a lovely team. We will definitely be back for another visit soon.

My recent experience at the Grand Hyatt Doha was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The highlight of my mornings was at the Santa Monica Breakfast Club, where Namuna went above and beyond to ensure I started my day right based on my preferences and her attention to detail and genuine care was noted. The service at the Club Lounge, particularly from Thomas, was impeccable. Thomas surprised me with thoughtful gestures that truly enhanced my stay, making me feel valued as a guest. Furthermore, Ayush was always available to address any concerns or assist with any requests which was appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, and the beach access provided a serene retreat. Moreover, its convenient location allowed for easy access to the metro, Lagoona Mall and the Pearl which I enjoyed. The beds and A/C were comfortable, and I enjoyed the spacious balconies. The WIFI also worked great, with individual router points in each room.

This is the third time I stayed in Grand Hayat Doha, I didn’t like the policy of bags inspection to take “the electrical Bakhour”. The other thing I faced with my last stay, I didn’t get response from the hotel here via “message box” when I ask them for possibility of early check in and getting room on the upper floors. The last annoying thing was when the receptionist told to pay a ( refundable amount for insurance), and it was the first time. Everything it would be great if I wasn’t face these Annoyances.

Adding a sofa bed in a standard room was so tight. Even if you had a child in the room the rooms were very small compared to other Grand Hyatt across the world. Offer more vegetarian breakfast options and masala chai
