Disappointing staff action
Overall really good experience except last day after check out while getting our luggage into our car, the car truck was disabled and a valet service assistant person was holding the car truck so it husband can load the luggage into the truck, one of the management staff wearing black jet (brown ethnic background) was keep telling the valet service person to leave and go somewhere. The valet assistant person informed the management that the truck is keep falling down so he needs to hold it up however the management staff told him to leave and he will hold it and don’t come to help while I was trying to help my husband. Overall our initial check in was fine but this one management staff was arrogant

Lovely hotel, great room
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was huge abs so comfortable. The shower had lots of hot water and great pressure. The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. The pool area was also very nice to relax. The hotel is an easy walk to a metro station so it's very convenient to travel around Doha. The only downside for me was there weren't many restaurants I could find in easy walking distance, so had to go a bit further for dinner. There is a big supermarket nearby though

Located in a quiet residential block. I would give it 4-star rating based on the room condition and cleanliness. In room food service was superb, reasonably priced and great tasting. Staff was very friendly and hospitable.

First time visiting Qatar and this wasn’t my original hotel that I had paid for. I made a swap to stay here and it was the best decision I made. All the staff are super friendly, rooms are maintained well and spacious. Their 24 hour room service is really well because you can order food at any given time. The hotel is in a nice area with the metro close by. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book to stay here again. Also want to say a big thank you to Banu whose customer service was amazing!

We stayed at Riviera Rayhaan for a week and we loved our stay! From the moment we entered the hotel, we were impressed with the beautiful reception and the friendliness of staff. We opted in for breakfast and the options were very good with Arabic breakfast, English breakfast and general breakfast items such as yogurts and pastries. We also tried food from room service and we were impressed! The rooftop swimming pool is well maintained and has a member of staff available at all times. There’s also a gym and spa too. The hotel is walking distance to the metro station (around 5 minutes) and is in a quiet area.

We loved staying at the hotel. The bed and the room was comfortable. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful! Special shout out to the chef who took extra steps to make sure that he could accommodate our allergies and provide a vegan menu. Arslan, Manish and Bhanu were so attentive and helpful, they are great assets to your hotel!
