Property was clean and well maintained. Although it was stated in the hotel’s information, the restaurant was not open at all the night we stayed. The bar area served food but a very limited menu. The meatballs and sauce were cold. The service was abysmal.

This hotel is an alternate for fancy. It is far away from husstle. Quiet and yet convinient near a major attraction , Venice. The train station is right behind the property. It takes 15 minutes to the grand station which is right at the grand canal. The shuttle bus is 15 minutes to the airport. It is quiet, clean and reasonably priced. No fancy stuff, but serve tourists well.

I appreciate the free shuttle to and from the airport since it is far and would be an expensive cab ride. The train is also steps away and convenient to visit Venice.

The is a horrible place to stay!! Old and dirty. Laundry bags in hall, dirt in hallways, filthy bathroom tiles. Not worthy of IHG brand. However, the front desk staff is excellent but they can not do anything about the hotel condition.
