Sono stata all’hotel Castello,struttura bella,camera un po’piccola,ma moderna
L’hotel inserito in un giardino spettacolare,si mangia bene (anche al buffet),personale molto disponibile e cortese ,spettacoli serali belli anche con cantanti famosi ,possibilità di fare sport di ogni genere (anche se non ne ho usufruito)
Insomma si sta bene al forte village ,unico neo la spiaggia !!! Difficile trovare ombrellone la settimana di ferragosto
Su questo dovete lavorarci ! Non si possono pagare tutti questi soldi e dover litigare per trovare un ombrellone …
Passato ferragosto situazione in spiaggia migliorata,ma comunque rimane un problema da risolvere

Destinazione che probabilmente si gode maggiormente evitando le settimane centrali di agosto. Molti servizi, ma quasi tutti prevedono pagamenti extra. Molta attenzione per i bambini, con un grande spazio loro dedicato e buona varietà di attività.

La posizione del resort rimane l'indiscusso punto di forza mentre l'organizzazione dei servizi lascia molto a desiderare
Al ristorante, ad esempio, non sanno gestire le norme anti COVID creando code di ospiti i9n attesa di essere serviti
Tutte le richieste fatte al ricevimento non hanno trovato risposta
L'ultima sera ci hanno invitato ad una cena in uno dei ristoranti con servizio al tavolo e alla fine abbiamo scoperto di dover pagare il conto
La mattina della partenza, nonostante le rassicurazioni della sera prima, non abbiamo trovato il transfer ad attenderci
Se questi vi sembrano servizi di un hotel che si presenta come 5 stelle ...
