1) Bed is uncomfortable, every time you move the bed makes a noise, felt like I was in a bed at camp. 2) most, not all, of your front desk staff were more interested in engaging one another than your guests 3)your ac unit is as loud as an airplane 4)This Indigo property isn't close to other Indigo properties 5) There were a few items, simple items really (coffee, coffee maker, etc) that I requested additional re-supply....I asked several times and the items never arrived

Was surprised about a couple of things- I have a medication that needs to stay between 35 & 45 deg F. The fridge had no temp guide and no freezer to put my pack for my med travel case. Luckily, we didn’t stay long enough and my med case stays cold for 30 hours. The surroundings on Sat. Night had us a little worried like staying on Bourbon St. The hotel was mostly clean, quiet, comfortable, and staff was nice. My husband likes to self park, but he parked nearby in a parking lot and there was no problem!
