I went to a Los Lonely Boys concert there. The amphitheater was very comfortable with great comfortable seats. The venue is just the right size. My two bed queen size room was spacious and very quiet. I want to go back!

Smoky Visit

The stay would have been better if the hotel had a better filtration system for containing the cigarette smoke in the casino. The smell permeated the nonssmoking areas of the hotel. The buffet was good. Lots of choices.

Wonderful stay

Although the beds weren't the most comforting, the buffet was absolutely amazing! I can't stop talking about the buffet with family and friends. The variety and quality is like none I have experienced ANYWHERE.

Nice break

The hotel grounds are lovely, the spa was great. The rooms could do with a bit of updating. All the TV channels were scrambled so we couldn't watch TV. The bathroom area was nice, with a vanity area but it was slightly dated. Buffet in the casino is good value for money. Security is tight. We will come back, to do more spa treatments. Signing up for a players club gets you discounts at the stores/services on site.

The room was nice as well as the staff. The security measures to enter are ridiculous. You have to walk through a metal detector, have your temperature read (while practically squatting because the reader is so low) and purse checked. No other bags were checked, ever! Then to get up to the room you had to show ID for every person staying on the room every single time. We also happened to go when a large portion of staff was on strike so everything was closed except a bakery, a ayce buffet and a steak house. Lines were long and reservations were full. I asked why the hotel didn’t notify future guests letting us know everything would be closed however their excuse was they didn’t have enough time before the strike. Although they had plenty of time to print out huge vinyl looking posters let guests know restaurants etc would be closed temporarily. We had to drive about 30 min each way to eat. I know the strike may have been out of their control but they did nothing to help ease the inconvenience. Because of our experience we will not be returning.

The employees were on strike. Had to ask for towels after the first night. Most restaurants, coffee shop, and other things were unavailable due to no staff. EVERYTIME you went outside and came back in you had to have your picture made and show an ID, it didn’t matter if you went to lobby, casino, and didn’t leave their site you had to show ID. ( it was too extreme ). When I booked the room it stated you get valet parking, bellboy, etc but due to the strike we did not get what we paid for., we did not get a discount or anything

On strike

The hotel workers were on strike and pick it in was happening on the outside, which also led to them, closing all of their restaurants, and we had no amenities and no one willing to offer a refund terrible experience
