You will stay in a functional apartment of 43 m2 for 4 to 6 holidaymakers with 8m2 terrace with full sea view (bay of Douarnenez, Crozon peninsula, Menez Hom, ...) located on the 1st floor in a secure residence. The latter, designed by the Pierre & Vacances group, was completely renovated in 2010, and includes the following services:
- elevator,
- underground parking with a reserved space, free luggage trolleys,
- swimming pool with deckchairs open from 01/05 to 30/09, heated from 15/06 to 15/09,
- direct access to the White Sands Beach (supervised in summer) and to the coastal path,
- free and free table tennis room,
- Free broadband WIFI at reception,
- paying laundromat (professional washer and dryer).

dZI8 is:

Lovely place!
Wonderful stay in beautiful Treboul! The apt was super clean and everything that you might have needed was there! The owner came by to bring us the keys and could not have been lovelier and welcoming! Even greeting us with Brittany cookies and cider and caramels! It was a bit tight for 4 adults and a child but perfect fof a couple with one of two kids. Great vacation!!!!

we had a pleasant stay for one week. the apartment is pretty well equipped with everything you need. we enjoyed the hospitaltiy of our landlord and the nice view on the ocean. availibility of W-Lan could be improved though. definitely recommended

Quelle semaine dans le Finistère ! Donnant directement sur la piscine réservée aux résidents et la remarquable plage des Sables Blancs (et en prise directe avec l'exceptionnel sentier côtier menant au port, restau', commerces...), le fonctionnel appartement de Julien et son épouse, nous aura ainsi permis de passer une super semaine en famille (deux adultes et trois enfants), au cœur d'une résidence calme et bien entretenue. Bien équipé, ce bien à la déco sobre, dispose en outre d'une généreuse terrasse. Et que dire de ce département du Finistère, absolument magnifique, même quand la température peine à grimper. Un mot enfin sur nos hôtes, d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponibles (y compris Lili-))... Oui, on reviendra, un jour ou l'autre, c'est écrit... La famille Lepsch

Appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence au calme. Piscine privée et plage accessible directement par une entrée privée. Excellente location à proximité de Douarnenez. Commerces au port de plaisance de Treboul, à 10-15 minutes de marche. Plage et piscine géniales et appréciable. Immeuble soigné et sécurisé. parking très utile. Excellent accueil des propriétaires.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans l'appartement de Julien et Laetitia qui nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse et nous ont conseillé de superbes balades. l'appartement est très fonctionnel et a tout le confort nécessaire pour 4 personnes et surtout une terrasse offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan !!! la piscine et la plage sont en accès direct au pied de la résidence.

Nous sommes restés deux semaines dans l appartement de Laetitia et Julien qui nous ont remarquablement accueilli. L appartement est très bien situé avec un accès direct à la piscine de la résidence et à la plage des sables blancs (très belle plage). L appartement est bien équipé et très propre. Location idéale pour famille avec des enfants.

Un endroit magnifique digne des îles. L'appartement correspond parfaitement au descriptif et les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse. Proche de toute commodité ,tout autour de vous permet un séjour inoubliable. Tous les habitants sont très sympathiques et agréables avec les touristes. Excellente semaine
Appartement très agréable avec une vue magnifique qui évolue avec la meteo . Résidence calme, verdoyante avec piscine chauffée (un réel plus pour les frileux). Logement très bien équipé et confortable, la présence de deux sdb est un plus avec des enfants. Mention particulière pour Laetitia et Julien, pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Une adresse à retenir et à vivement conseiller.

Petit appartement état neuf bien conçu, bien situé. Séjour et terrasse avec vue splendide sur la baie de Douarnenez. Belle piscine privée bien entretenue et plage au pied de la résidence. Place de parking privé en sous sol fort appréciable. Ravitaillement en grande surface aisé. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Randonnées pédestres et circuits automobiles multiples et agréables.
