For the price guests deserve to be able to use the elevator, which the staff wasn't upfront about not working. The first floor signage stated to "be patient, only press button once." After several minutes, we went up one flight to find an "out of service" sign on the 2nd floor elevator door. I had to ask, it was not offered, for assistance carrying our bags to the 4th floor. There is no A/C or cooler or fans in the public areas either. There's the homeless lady that happened to wonder in one morning and attempted to steal one of the staff members cell phones. I helped block the door, but the staff doesn't seem to look up from their phones much to greet guests and watch for situations like this. When we returned later that day, the same homeless woman was being arrested...I asked for a discount when I checked out. The $300 a night, even with multiple nights, wasn't discounted at all. You're cute and all, but not worth the $$$.
