I came home with some type of bugs from your robs that im still paying to get rid of them Ive had to throw all of my blakets away to buy new ones ive bought so many chemicals for my hair it was a horrible situation that i would've want anyone else to go through it my husband wasted 658 dollars for 2 nights so we could leave and an hour passes and I started itchiching from head to toe. Ive tried reaching out to the hotel and ive talk to two employees but nothing has been done about the situation

The hotel is in a central part of Asheville and easy to access restaurants and stores. My low rating has to do with the room. We found two used towels hanging in our room. I brought it to the attention of the night clerk, who sent someone up to remove the towels. However, I wanted to talk with a manager, who didn't make themselves available. I sent two emails and they haven't tried to contact me via email or a phone call. I'm not asking for a free room, but some type of conversation and maybe a few dollars off. The day clerk said they comped my valet parking - I didn't have a car so that wasn't helping me.
