Escape to our historic farmhouse located in the heart of Midcoast Maine. Ideally situated between the Kennebec and Eastern Rivers with excellent local hikes. Within walking distance to National Historic sites such as The Pownalborough Courthouse and Historic New England Bowman House. Minutes to some of Maine's best places for shopping and dining including Wiscasset, Bath, Freeport, Damariscotta, Boothbay Harbor and Camden/Rockport. A short drive to Portland and the sandy beaches of Popham and Reid State Park.
Our 5 bedroom, one and half bath farmhouse contains a spacious, equipped kitchen and dining for six. Two spacious living rooms and library featuring Maine titles and space for games, puzzles or cards. Enjoy a lovely evening on the deck overlooking 17 private acres!
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

August family trip
My family is our daughter (who has Down Syndrome), my husband and myself. We stayed 9 days at the farm house while visiting our sons family in Richmond. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. My husband left early to return to work leaving our daughter and I at the house and we felt very safe. Everything you need is easy to find in the house. One idea to share is if you are coming to watch tv you might want to bring your fire stick to give you more options. However we did not come to watch tv so it was no biggie for us. Communication, check in and out was extremely easy. We will definitely stay here again. We felt
