Can you imagine a hotel without front desk crew ?
I arrived at Dresden coming from Czech Republic , very tired. So I decide to stay there to rest. When I went to the Hotel for my surprise , everything was locked , no living person there to open the door , I had to call a phone number from Berlin , to be "remote assisted" and even doing this , the doors would't open.
The pin pad to type the code they gave me to open the front doors wasn't working.
Fortunately one guest came out to smoke and opened the door for me.
There where 3 room magnetic cards at the front desk and I had to call Berlin again to know wich one should I use to finally check in.
The internet was also down.
I will never recommend this S for anyone.
Very unpleasant.
