The villa Lindemann since 1886 family owned and is still inhabited by the descendants of Lindemann's. By September 2013, the garden level of the villa has been converted to a spacious apartment with 75 square meters of living space.

The large living room measures approximately 30 square meters. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed on request. A large dining table seats 6 people and the reading chair is ideal for a cozy readers pause.
The 40-inch LCD TV has HD cable connection, a CD and DVD player are also included.

The eat-in kitchen with dining area for 5 persons is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher.

The 'bay-bedroom' is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.

In 'Red Bedroom' found two beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. One of the beds during the day is stored as a pull-out bed under the other bed.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

Breathtaking
We loved our stay! The parking was great. The house and apartment were like something out of a fairytale. There were extensive gardens and key access was given to the gate leading to the path by the Elbe. Dresden Innenstadt was within a 45 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed including many places to sit. It was truly magical. Close to public transportation. We will most certainly be returning if ever in the area again.

Amazing home with beautiful grounds and access to the walk along the river.
Erik was a great host. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and has a nice layout. There is a large outdoor area in the back that has access to the river. The are is quiet and also convenient to public transportation.

I would recommend you reserve a stay now. What a delightful surprise when Eric showed us the gardens that lead to a bike path along the Elbe. We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 daughters. Kitchen had all the amenities with a patio to eat our dinner while listening to the fountain. 30 minute walk to city center. Extremely clean and comfortable.

In einer tollen Ferienwohnung drei wunderschöne Tage in Dresden erlebt!
Die Ferienwohung "Villa Lindemann" ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, viel Platz auch für 6 Personen, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang durch unseren Vermieter Herrn Braunreuther. Das Zentrum von Dresden ist gut erreichbar entweder zu Fuß (direkter Zugang zum Elbradweg) in ca. 30 Minuten bzw. mit der Straßenbahn 11 in ca. 15 Minuten. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Herrn Braunreuther.

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sie war sogar dezent weihnachtlich dekoriert. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage an der Elbe ist wirklich einzigartig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Dresden
Unser Aufenthalt in in der Elbvilla war wirklich sehr schön. Die Villa liegt zentral direkt an der Elbe. Man von dort zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen oder auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren, die ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe abfahren. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Feuchtigkeitsschäden in Zimmerecken
Eine tolle Villa, eine schöne Wohnung, aber leider mit Stockflecken/Feuchtigkeitsschäden in zwei Ecken. Wurde bei Reklamation umgehend mit Schimmel-Ex besprüht und überstrichen, sollte aber umfassender behandelt werden, denke ich.
