Really friendly staff, clean and pleasant room that was quiet even being close to the elevator. Great shuttle service that’s starts at 4am!

My biggest issue was a lack of clear directions from other terminals to the hotel. There are some signs to the hotel, but at other places a complete lack of information, like the right floor to go to on the terminal B elevators, or where to go when leaving the elevator. Not ideal after a long trip.

It’s attached to the busy Philadelphia airport. It’s an easy walk indoors with the windy rainy weather outside. Our flight was delayed and this nice Marriott was a great option. All the staff that we encountered were professional, helpful and friendly. I will stay there again.

Room ok on initial review, but not as reserved as King bed,was 2 queen instead, listed as handicapped so that might explain the odd furnishings ? Tub -not shower with shampoo and lotions high on shower wall so not sure handicap could even use? Shower was in bad maintenance. Had held hose throwing water everywhere except on your body,all over floor etc. Went down to report to front desk, not friedly person wearing mask, didn't apologize, just asked me if she should send the maintenance man. It was 5:30 am, and my attempt at shower was finished. I told her I was catching a flight but it needed to be repaired before they rented the room again. In Florida,I own a business and our county has a "Guest First" training program for the tourism industry partners....Your hotel should look into a program, very helpful training for staff.
