We had an amazing stay for 7 nights in the 3 bedroom apartment. Staff at the front desk and for cleaning were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Decent location but still a drive from stuff to do. Not in Palm Juneirah but close. Food was okay, not much variety on buffet. Pool was very laid back, no alcohol by pool for drinks. Staff was friendly. Spa is not a luxury 5 star spa but behavior more like that of a seedy place.

The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice clean property. The breakfast is excellent with big variety. The rooms are spacious and very well aquainted - ideal for families. Will definitely stay again.

The property is great and new. I was upgraded to a very nice and big apartment. But the way it was done took all the joy of it away. When I asked for an upgrade as a VIP the answer was I have to pay for upgrade but they give a preferential rate for it and the upgrade is reserved only for the members in the hotel scheme. Even the way that info was given it was kind of degrading. Then I was informed that check in is earliest at 3pm. Spent 3h on the pool. Then we were sent to the room to discover we were upgraded. The upgrade happened because there was no other room available.
