Great property and location
The young lady at reception is a great ambassador for the property and the city, with her effervescence and general hospitality
Although described as a “hostel” this is a perfect stay not only for hikers but for anyone not needing to be pampered but wanting a sparkling clean, if spartan, room with basic food and drink options. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!
I was here for 3 nights. I stayed in the all female dorm. It was ok compared to their location in Amsterdam. The locks to cabinets in the dorms were all broken. My bed was very hard and thin. Some of the staff members were nice and some were rude. There was definitely a language barrier for some. I asked one of the guys at the front desk a question. His accent was heavy, and I really tried to understand what he was saying. When I asked to repeat what he said, he gave me an attitude. If you have a question about the hostel, no one was able to answer my questions but the front desk… The toilets in the hallway were clean for the most part. However, not all of them had soap or anything you could use to dry your hands. Location was great. Points of interest were easily accessible.
Great hostel in a central are of Dublin. Stayed in a room just for female guests and was great overall. There’s a toilets and shower private for each room and lockers, the only downside is they if you have more stuff than it fits in the free locker you are allocated in your room you need to pay for a locker downstairs which is €7 per 7 hours. It doesn’t look much but it can be expensive if you stay more. Good breakfast options for just £8. Would stay again.
Check in was easy. Room was small but comfortable and clean. After checking in, we had picked up additional luggage that was being stored for us but when we returned to the hotel one of the employees insisted we BOTH show room keycards. Seriously!!
