The staff was very kind. They allowed me a late checkout (subject to availability), gave me extra pillows when I requested them, and helped me get a cab to the airport. The tram outside was very convenient to get around Dublin. The property was clean and modern. It’s advertised the rooms are tiny, but I didn’t think they’d be as tiny as they were. I’m glad I was solo because there simply wouldn’t have been room for a second person. I only had a backpack with me and still struggled to store it. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was a budget-friendly place to crash, but don’t expect anything fancy.

Cheap and basic. Close to lots of tourist locations within Dublin. However the rooms are very compact and bed was not great. The mattress was very hard and we only had one flat pillow so sleeping was uncomfortable. Also it’s so close to the tram line that did keep us awake as they would pass the hotel every 10-15 minutes until the service closed at midnight. However the staff were very polite and friendly and the overall hotel was clean and well looked after.

Be sure to check which you book because we had a double bed and the bed barely fit in thw room,,,,not very spacious at all.

It's a nice hotel for those on a budget, very modern and friendly staff. Don't expect too much space in your room but it's perfect for those traveling lightly.

Convenient to Luas. Shockingly minimal. Ok for short stay. Week - tough. RM 321 looks down on Wood street- rubbish and crack users Can be observed. Kind of sad. Perhaps the front view is good? Staff pleasant. Good value.

The room was TINY. Not seen such a small room since I stayed in Tokyo. Hardly room to change your clothes. No hairdryer, no tea/coffee. And overpriced. Not sure if that was because I booked through Expedia rather than directly. It was convenient for my tour of the Guinness Store. The staff were VG and the room was V clean. Other than that I was not impressed.

Fairly cheap compared to other hotels in Dublin and staff were friendly. Other than that there’s not a lot nice to say: room not particularly clean, rogue hairs on the bed sheets and shower head, some suspicious stains on walls, dusty surfaces, and I wish I had never made the mistake of looking under the bed (well the part that isn’t hidden by a wooden box) In a rough area which a taxi driver informed me is one of the worst around Dublin. A lot of homeless junkies wandering around, household and commercial waste scattered on the pavements and apparently used to be famous for prostitution. “easy hotel” could be interpreted a bit differently in this context… As a broader point I wish budget hotels would stop framing cost-cutting as being eco friendly, just be honest and say that you don’t change the towels, clean the rooms, and automatically switch off the aircon to keep overheads low rather than pretending it’s about saving the environment (which is particular laughable for a company who are primarily known as an airline) I’ll end on a positive though, the staff did seem genuinely lovely so this isn’t a criticism of them, but a criticism aimed at the corporate and management level.

This was a miss for me. While the cost was less than other hotels, the value wasnt there. I didnt sleep well as I found the walls to be very thin. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. The climate control was loud and inconsistent. The pillows were atrocious.
