Overflowing garbage can right in front of entrance to my room; also, what Expedia stated during reservation were not available or provided eg breakfast was for sale, you ordered king size bed but you get queen size bed. When you follow up with Expedia and they property, they tell you even though it’s stated during booking, it is not mandatory. I found that very interesting!!

Only negative is hotel and property are old. But very clean and the room was reasonably renovated. But the best part of my 2 week stay was the service. Very attentive and very friendly. I especially liked the service in the restaurant and bar. Just very prompt and helpful and attentive

Really bad room compared to two weeks ago
Usually we have a lovely trip and have stayed here many, many times. We bowl next door and it’s the most convenient location imaginable. This trip, however, the room was the smallest and least up-to-date room we’ve ever seen at this establishment. Room 380 had a small, beat up little cube-sized refrigerator and a small microwave perched on top of it. The paint and decor were quite beat up. There is usually a makeup remover wipe packet, which was not offered, and the soap was far smaller than usual. We stayed here just two weeks ago, and come this place once and sometimes twice monthly z

This was the best place to stay. Everyone was and is kind and courteous. They always say hello or good morning. They can be very helpful as well. The cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding! Staff is always cleaning either a room or a hotel area. Loved my stay here and will recommend. Thank you Holuday inn!
