Nice place, great location. Small room but it is Europe. No fridge was a setback. No ice machine, but bar downstairs will get you some.

The staff at the O’Connell Street Holiday Inn are the best! They are very helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The location is convenient for walking around and I feel safe walking alone during the day- nighttime walking requires the same caution you would use in any large city.

Location was excellent; the breakfast was hot and fresh every day; staff was lovely. Bathroom shower is TINY, communication is poor, keycards failed almost daily requiring us to visit reception to get them fixed. Overall, loved it, and would stay again.
