Staff at main desk lacked customer relations training … coffee machine is very nice to have but it only takes coins and there are no change machines available nor do the staff have any cash to make change. No air in room it didn’t work.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and even upgraded our room because we were staying for 12 nights. It’s was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and less than a 5 minute walk to where you can catch the Paddywagon tour bus. We had a wonderful time

It was a cute room in a great location to explore the city. Hop on hop off bus very close. The restaurant and bar had good food and excellent service. My only complaint was the window area in our room had cobwebs and needed cleaned.
