Our bed sheets were not changed, the day we check in we found bright red hair in our bedding, we both have dark hair; called the front desk and they just handed us bedding to change the bed ourselves. Also, the sink was clogged with hair. The hotel itself is nice and central to many things but the room was not clean.

Customer facing team here were very positive, helpful, and customer focused. Mattresses and Pillows could use an upgrade for comfort. Great location for tourists to Dublin for walkability and catching tour buses. Good breakfast.

Very clean and updated room. Modern design. Tiny rooms, but nice baths. Staff is wonderful, everyone from front desk to bar to food servers! Nice location very walkable to many Dublin sites.

My room, lower ground 5, had a terrible stench to the room that was quite frankly horrible. I woke up feeling really nautilus from it. It’s in the bathroom. I didn’t say anything because I heard the hotel was full otherwise I would have asked for another room.

This was a very nice hotel. Interior lobby is beautifully designed. Everything was provided as desired. Had some fun mood lighting in the room with interesting light fixtures. Bed was very comfortable. Got 4/5 stars because of room design. The glass bathroom doors had me messed up. I could not figure out how to reach the shower handle without getting drenched. Maybe I am just stupid. Also the lack of white noise in the room was a bit off-putting; the A/C fan was not loud at all, if that's what you're in to.

The room is clean but really small however the staff hospitality makes up for it. It’s centrally located. Walkable to all almost all top sites to visit in Dublin like the Trinity college, temple bar and shopping in Oconnel Street.
