Very nice place, perfectly located. There are supermarkets nearby, and it’s only an 8–10 minute walk to Temple Bar and around 15–20 minutes to Dublin Castle, Trinity College, and other main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great window and a nice light control system at the entrance. The A/C worked efficiently. While the room might feel a bit small or tight for some, it was still perfect and offered all the necessary comforts. About the area: it feels generally safe. However, I strongly recommend avoiding Moore Lane and Henry Place, especially at night. Your GPS might suggest that route, but please choose another. Instead, walk along Parnell Street and turn left onto Moore Street, which runs parallel to Moore Lane. Moore Lane and Henry Place are poorly lit and have a few boarded-up buildings and parking lot access points. In the early morning or at night, some groups tend to gather there, and the atmosphere can feel uncomfortable or unsafe. My wife and I had a concerning experience walking there, which included inappropriate behavior from an individual. Please note that this is not a judgment of any community, and I do not intend to generalize or make assumptions. I’m simply sharing what we observed to help other travelers stay safe. Overall, our stay was excellent, and with a bit of awareness about which streets to use, the location is fantastic.

Fantastic hotel

Fabulous stay. Lovely hotel great location. We were lucky to have an early check in. Breakfast choice is excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice room, staff was very kind making sure we had coffee very early before leaving for the airport. They called a taxi for us. Walkable everywhere. Food markets and coffe also.

Hotel was conveniently located in the city and lots of pubs and shopping within walking distance. Breakfast was super busy and the room lighting was a little difficult to figure out. Our bathroom sink drained really slowly but probably because we were in the basement. But overall a good stay

Location is great and the amenities are just what you need - not more, but not less. Our window kept making an odd noise and with outside noise as well it did make it difficult to sleep. However it worked for the few nights we needed.

The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. Unfortunately, the rooms are so small with no closet or area to unpack. The AC didn't work so we had to move and stay in two separate rooms. The restaurant was poorly staffed so wait times were beyond long. The staff did everything they could to accommodate, but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
