Fantastic stay, great hotel, staff, and location!

Fantastic stay. Hotel was clean, new, well-decorated, with great, helpful and friendly staff. Good sized room and hotel in very walkable location, minutes to shopping and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops of Temple Bar. Great breakfast to. Would definitely stay here again; one of the better hotels we've stayed at in Europe. Well done Ruby Molly!

Don't believe anything that the website stays - the blankets don't fit the bed, the shower and "water closet" is the size of a closet, no draws for clothes (no dressers at all) 4 hangers so if you stay don't plan on staying long. No phone in the rooms, menu sucks ( to say the least) run far far away from this hotel - staycity around the corner from here way better !!!!

Really nice hotel. Simple, no bells and whistles. Didn’t have a coffee maker in the room…only instant coffee and tea in a separate area accessible to all. Basic room (the cosy) that is clean and modern. Love the vibe, but not practical when you have lots of clothes to hang or fold. Staff is lovely and the drinks are amazing!!! Perfectly located, we walked everywhere. No restaurant or room service.

Great stay

Very good location for us. The only negative was room was pretty small, which I didn’t mind for a short stay bit because of the small space between the bed and the wall/ counter we both nicked the bed frame with leg when walking around bed. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Awesome shower.

The room was clean from what I could see. We had no power in our room. I spent the night in the dark. We would have changed hotels, but the city was sold out due to an NFL game. Very disappointed that they could not do anything for us. It was only our room. No real manager to help, the staff working were nice but offered no solutions. Slept in a hot room. Had to use our cell phone for light. $300 I will never get back, and it was the last night in Dublin, we were so disappointed.

Everything was quite nice and the staff was exceptional! The only negative that I can think of is the they didn't have Guinness on tap, only in the cans, which, according to the locals I talked with at the pubs is quite the offense. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate at the least to stay there again.
