Some issues I’d expect a hotel to correct. Bed was smaller than promised, and it was furnished with 2 twin duvets layer sidewise across the bed. Very odd, but apparently they didn’t have a queen sized duvet (?) also, TV did not work during our entire stay and they said there was nothing they could do about it till end of the week. Not a great experience

The bed making was weird. A base sheet, no flat sheet, and then two duvet type pieces. There was a bottom section and then separate top piece which was bizarre and annoying. One duvet please! Annoying that breakfast was not included, cost more. Hotel was new and stylish. Room was very small.

We loved the hotel, it has a really cool vibe. The rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing, Josefina welcomed us and was very helpful. Kevin was amazing, so sweet and diligent! He gave us great tips of the city and was a great server. Totally recommend it. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We were put into a room on the 1st floor-from 7pm until -11pm we had a group drumming across the street. We could not sleep during that time. After the drumming ended the pub noise kept us awake until the early morning hours. Extremely disappointed. My cousin stayed on the 7th floor for the same price minus all the noise.
