There was nothing about the Ruby Molly I didn’t like, it was super convenient with it location, the styling was fantastic and qwerky, all the staff were helpful polite and attentive. Can’t recommend this hotel enough and looking forward to my next stay

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a really nice lobby/restaurant area. The room was brand new with AC and the Ruby Care products smell amazing, I wish I had bought some! Very nice for a good price.

Want to start by saying the lobby and bar area are super cute and charming. But that’s pretty much where the positive reviews stop. I rarely write hotel reviews but this hotel needs one. It’s trying too hard to be “modern and woke”. First, you check-in via an iPad while the desk clerk stands there and watches. Second, there is no phone in the room. You literally have to go down to the lobby with any questions or concerns. This makes sense considering they only have 1 person working the desk, makes the need for staff to be lower since having to go downstairs with an issue will deter many people from venturing down with complaints or questions There’s no water in the room. No robes either. We were placed in a handicapped room: lowered sink (made for awkward teeth brushing and face washing.) The shower had an ugly white hospital curtain instead of the sleek glass shower doors. (You’d think a handicapped room would have a phone in it, since it would be pretty difficult for someone in a wheelchair to make their way downstairs with issues). When they changed our sheets the second night there was blood smeared on them (probably from a cut on the maids finger). Lastly, the bartender (who I imagine was a lead) was pretty rude to his fellow bartenders. As a former bartender, I can empathize with this, but it was unrelenting and pretty unprofessional to reprimand in front of customers. Overall I would suggest staying somewhere else.

This is a very affordable hotel in Dublin. Kind of a bare bones approach. Staff is friendly but some are inexperienced. For example, bartender didn't know how to make mixed cocktails! Also, buyer beware if you order guniness. no draft ONLY cans at 10 Euro a pop!
