The White Pine Cottage at Clay House

About this space
When you want to escape the city life or just relax away from home, come to our cottage in the trees and a view of country life! The White Pine Cottage is our newest venture located at the Clay house property. Couples will be most comfortable here, however, a full size sofa bed will accomodate 2 more guests.
The space
The Cottage rests on 20 acres of pasture and woods with sightings of deer and other wildlife just feet away!

Guests will have keyless entry to gain access to the house.

The house is fully air conditioned and heated

There is a cozy bedroom with a beautiful view of the pasture and tree line, full bathroom with shower, full kitchen with a cooktop, living room and small dining room area. Outside there is a small patio area with outdoor firepit, chairs, outdoor lights and a gas grill. There are paths of varying distances that will take you down into the dry creek and more wooded area of the property.

Inside
In the bedroom you will find a cozy queen size bed with reading lamps and USB plugs for ease of charging devices. An armoire has ample room for hanging clothes and drawers for other items. TV with Netflix and Hulu capabilities. The living room boasts a faux fireplace with smart TV and a full size sofa bed. A small dining area is a perfect spot for the morning cup of coffee and a view of the pasture and connects to the kitchen which houses everything you need to make a small meal with convection microwave, two burner cooktop and a small fridge with freezer. There is also a full bath with shower and small utility closet with all the extras.

Outside
The Cottage sits on an acre of fenced, wooded area. Outdoor string lights provide a beautiful glow around the fire-pit perfect for that evening glass of wine! There are trails for walking in the pasture or longer trails that will lead to the dry creek area! See if you can find our hidden nook in the woods:)

Charcuterie boxes can be made *UPON REQUEST WHEN BOOKING* and paid for through PP, either upon booking or at least 1 day prior to arrival. Charcuterie boxes are $35 and include two types of meat, two types of hard cheese and a soft cheese. Crackers, pepper jelly, seasonal fruit, chocolate, olives and nuts.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the tiny house and surrounding acreage once inside the gate.
Other things to note
Please be aware that the house is placed in trees and pasture, so there is possibility of deer and other wildlife being close!

You will have to come through two gates (which will remain open) and a non paved drive to get to the house...as long as you drive slow, this should not pose a problem for any type of truck or car.

We do have neighbors on both sides, so please be courteous. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m-8 a.m.
