Even though it was in the heart of Temple Bar, it was quiet inside. The hotel and rooms were clean and exactly what we needed.

The location is perfect for a trip to Dublin if you are planning to visit bars, restaurants and shops. It is literally 50 yards from Temple Bar. The rooms are a little on the small side by normal hotel standards but they had everything you need and were very clean. When booking we was sent a email warning that there may be noise but we found it very quiet despite it being located close to everything. Would definitely use again if visiting Dublin for a short break.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, although coffee not included. Wonderful location. Despite bar on ground floor, no noise heard in our room on 3rd floor. Great check in/out.

We had a lot of fun staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location, close to the restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs, as well as within walking distance to retail stores. They had live music playing in their bar below our room every night but once we got to our room, you could not hear it as it was super quiet. We loved the design of the room. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and very functional. We had places to put away all our belongings and the beds were comfortable. The staff were super - always friendly and offering to help with anything. Really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again when we return to Dublin.

We had a great time at Wellington Temple! Rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but it is in the perfect location for Dublin, and the staff was awesome.

Great night!
We stayed one night right above the bar. They warn you about noise but it was quiet enough that we were able to sleep easily. The room overlooked the river and was beautiful! Easy walk to temple bar and surrounding restaurants. There is no parking and the parking garage is across the river. My husband ended up taking 30 minutes to get the car because of all the one way streets so if you don’t want to walk your bags to the car park, make sure you have navigation with you!

The Wellington is a fully upgraded and modern hotel in the heart of Temple Bar area. Our stay was wonderful - could walk everywhere and the rooms are VERY quiet don't hear any outside noise at all. I would recommend if you don't want to hear the music in the bar to ask for a higher floor in the hotel. We were right above the music and truthfully it wasn't bad but you could still hear the music. So if a light sleeper get a higher floor. Breakfast was good too and full service restaurant. The only thing to note is there is no place to store luggage with the front desk so if arriving early or leaving late you will need to figure out where to store your luggage and the hotel does have an area outside the hotel where you can do this but highly recommend this hotel.
