I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad .

Good value and on a bus route to the Old Town. We had the dinner deal which was good value and plentiful but not haute cuisine! It is very expensive to eat out in Dubrovnik so we were pleased we chose that option.

We stayed at this property a week ago on a gate1 tour and returned again after some time on the local islands,it is in a good position from the old town walking about 20 minutes to get there and 30 minutes back as it is uphill , also you can get a no 4 bus to and from just outside old town , the hotel is very clean and spacious the beds are nice and comfortable great place to stay also a good breakfast I will stay here again on my return to Dubrovnik

The staff were rude at times and not always helpful. Our shower leaked horribly all over the floor. When we asked for assistance, we were met with curt responses. The hotel itself is lovely. The adjacent restaurants were wonderful.
