I stayed for 3 nights, the room itself blew me away with the furniture and decor, it was really beautiful, bed was very comfy.
On here it says air conditioning, this is one of the main reasons i booked as i have fibromyalgia, there was no air conditioning, i asked at reception and was told that what was on the listing was nothing to do with them and only the privileged rooms had it, she did however give me a fan.
I had a shower on first night, the bath was like a slip and slide, consequently i fell badly getting out and have chipped my cocyx, i told the receptionist, she really wasn't interested, i suggested they put mats in the bath, she then gave me a brand new one stating that not all guests want them, surely having them in the bathroom as an option would be a sensible idea? Lastly, i thought my room would have had housekeeping services, but sadly not which resulted in me leaving bags of rubbish next to the bin, i ran out of toilet roll and milk, i wasnt aware that i would need to run to reception at 4am when the paper ran out, this has always been replenished in every hotel ive stayed in, i shouldnt need to be going to reception asking for basic items that should have been in the room.
