Excellent service
The stay was great the front desk was wonderful very helpful and get us set very quickly. However there was a big stain on the floor and a ball of hair. Looked like the floors of the room had not been vacuumed. Very thing else looked great. Valet parking was excellent he was very polite and helpful. Excellent service.

One night stay
Nice staff, clean and beautiful hotel. We stayed in a balcony room and liked the layout and view. Pillows and bedding were soft and clean. Mattress was a little too firm for my taste but not horrible. The only downfall was the noise. There is construction being done outside and I think too close to the elevator? I would stay again further from the elevator and when the construction is completed.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. There was a small market downstairs for snacks, drinks and necessities, and a restaurant and bar. We had breakfast before we headed out and it was delicious. Super close and convenient walking distance to downtown area and UT campus.

In walking distance to University of Tennessee and Market Square in downtown Knoxville. The rooms are very nice and the lobby area is well laid out with a full bar.

The bathroom was dirty but the staff was friendly and gave us another room. Parking is a headache. You can do valet parking or street parking. The restaurant downstairs has great food.

Don't go here with your family
Over priced and valet only. Everything costs an arm and a leg - food, parking, bar, store, etc. No coffee in lobby. Seating and design is awkward. Staff is unwelcoming and they disappear a lot - so no help when you need it. Valet acts like you're inconveniencing them. Room was clean. But opens to a livingroom with no remote to the TV. Bedroom is in the back. Bathroom door is a sliding see-through glass door. Everyone, including it's snooty patrons, treat you like a peasant if you're not dressed fancy or can't afford to tip $15 every half hour. The parking app even recommends tip amounts for valet based on previous parkers. What a joke.

Staff was very Friendly. Hotel is centrally located to everything, you are within walking distance to anything you need. They have onsite dining and bar, and convience store for snacks.

Beautiful hotel, near convention center and sunsphere. We prefer to be more walkable so typically stay in the hilton downtown but this would be excellent for anyone traveling to conventions or with a student nearby. We enjoyed thebeauty of the lobby, and while it was valet only we enjoyed the convenience and the well priced snacks and drinks in the lobby. Would definitely stay again if traveling for work.
